Episode 1:
Tell me when you peg a wound for someone that bled in a cell he was held due to a bet he lost with a wicked man about the indominous Rex on his Rolex watch being dead for decades.
Well I have, my name is Orion Norvus, yes I heard all the jokes, but if you were smart, you'd know the pronuncuation isn't anything like 'Onion'. Let's cut to the chase, if you are listening to this tape, that means I am either dead or in a cellar on the island Nirvana off the coast of the Mediterranean, and with no food, no water, the end is still gonna be the same; I am dead, makes me think my girlfriend that decided not to follow me made the smart decision after all, of course I thought she was scared shitless to embark on this daunting trip with me...
Ladies and their sixth sense.
I was in fifth grade when my dad, Mister Norvus - ah ah ah, that sounds like a mad scientist's name, I know - got this 'oh so secret' job at a government facility; it would cover my tuition, increase our standard of living and let me brag to my friends in school, so yeah I didn't care much, and I didn't ask questions, I probably should have, I wouldn't be in this situation right now if I did, or maybe I was just scared of the answer I would get, not many people employ a 'mad' doctor that performs bizarre tests on animals which ultimately led to his license being revoked, and the least of all: the government, but like I said, the end seemed justified, I could see standard living at the end of the tunnel, so the means...eerrr... Didn't really matter.
By the time I was in my sophomore year at the higher institution, Jane Ludlow the captain of the baseball team was eating out of my palms, Trinity literally rides me every other time and professor Vivian takes the shift after a long day.
Every teenager's dream, no wonder I felt bored by everything in the world, I could have anything I want, nothing challenged me, my grades basically get fermented, -not that I know the process of fermentation- you can say a lot of things about professor Vivian but she does knows how to handle things when she knows she'll be rewarded satisfactorily.
So when I saw a briefcase in dad's closet with a 'super duper top secret' look, my sleeping sense of curiosity finally awoke, and you bet it was raring to go. I studied everything in it like I would for finals, if I ever did, and three days later I was on my way to the place where things happen, where the dormant side of me would finally be activated and ultimately satiated to the point of orgasm -or death, but it's all a matter of perspective.
I was happy, for the first time in a long time, I felt so much alive, the exact opposite of what I feel right now, fear, somersaulting stomach, shaking hands, tipsy legs, and one hell of a headache, but with somewhere amidst all of that is my sense of humor, that buddy never leaves me.
So I got to the island, I had faked all necessary permits, told the first security guard I saw, that I was here to see my dad, he wasn't too keen on accompanying me to the laboratory(naturally), so he took me to the quarters, you won't believe it, these people live large on this island when the sound of the economy crashing at home crashes against their shores. Looking round the room, I dropped my suitcase, jumped on the bed and boom, I heard the loudest shakiest sound I had ever heard, it didn't stop there, I kept hearing thumps like a giant metal stepping on structures, I am a big fan of Rick Riordan, and this was beginning to feel like a page from one of his novels(long story short, in Riordan's books, that's not a good thing), but I can't have that kind of luck, I'm the biggest guy on campus, but I wasn't on campus anymore, and that was the last time I breathed whilst being aware of it.
